I pray that all of you reading my little blurb here today had the same feelings as David did in the verse above – that you were glad when it was time to go into the house of the LORD.
Too many times I have heard people say, “I HAD to go to church today.” NO – you didn’t HAVE to......you GOT to!!!! What a privilege, honor, and joy it is to be able to go to church. There are people in other parts of the world that risk their lives for something that many others take for granted or consider a burden.
Personally, I have no reason to do anything but be glad.....I am saved, I have a wonderful husband and family, and I have been blessed with a church family that I can serve the Lord with, and through it all God is with me each and every day.

Great post.....we should WANT to be at church...being encouraged...being taught...finding out who needs prayer..just being with other like minded Christians...a taste of Heaven.

I was so pleased to read how simple you put, "must go to church". I am the wife of a semi retired preacher and we saw in our churches and see in the church we attend now, how some go because they love to and some go because that is what they should do. I want to be in church.
